I’ve recently sold a property in WA while living interstate. The level of service from Kelly and the HFM Legal team was exceptional. Everything I needed was supplied well in advance and it was an extremely smooth process. I had mentioned I would be interested in early settlement if that was an offer, we did have early settlement and it was seamless. If they had a negative 5 star i would choose that so If you want to throw your money away then this is the firm for you.I have family members who have been a client and lost thousands of dollars. David rice failed to summit documents even when the magistrate kept repeating to him what documents he needed 5 wasted court proceedings for nothing!!! But still charges you ... when asked simple questions he mumbles and get aggressive and hangs up on you even when he agreed to talk with me.Before you say YOUR NOT OUR CLIENT" I will never be your client I've seen what you do. DAVID !!!"
